Three of months ago, alive magazine, the wellness and lifestyle magazine, asked me to write a piece to address the fact that so many of us are too busy to entertain the idea of being dedicated to a regular fitness program. In fact, if I weren’t a fitness instructor, I would have a little difficulty myself.

I did a little research and learned that a little fitness is better than none at all.
