EXERCISE AND BRAINPOWER

Three months ago the editorial staff at Alive Magazine asked me to write an article on the relationship between exercise and brain power. I almost forgot about it, then I taught a fitness class. After a few squats, a couple of sets of push-ups, and about forth sit-ups, I got it done before the deadline. The magazine is now on the newsstands across the country. For those not in Canada, you can view it at http://www.alive.com/articles/view/23664/resistance_for_your_health

Enjoy it, and enjoy your Thanksgiving holiday. I’m going shopping for some dried fruits for the stuffing.
